Four ways to pay for the same evaluation

Every QATS account size is sold four ways: pay monthly or once, and either with free funded activation or with a lower price plus an activation fee charged after you pass. The rules are the same; only the timing and size of the payments change.

On $50K Crypto that is $195 a month, $139 a month plus $149 on activation, $369 once, or $249 once plus $149.

How the total is calculated

Monthly: months × monthly price. Every paid renewal adds one reset credit, so a plan that runs three months carries up to two free resets; extra resets cost one month’s price. One time: the price once, plus the reset price for each extra attempt. Activation-fee options add the fee once, when you pass.

Example for three months and two attempts on $50K Crypto: monthly $585, monthly with activation $566, one time $578, and one time with activation $607.

Reading the chart

The bars stack evaluation fees, paid resets and the activation fee, with the cheapest option marked. The line chart below holds your attempts fixed and varies the months, which shows how long a monthly plan stays cheaper than paying once.

Assumptions

The calculator assumes each reset uses a monthly credit when one is available and that you pass at the end; untick the activation option if you want the cost of attempts only. Prices come from the published catalogue and exclude taxes, promotions and discount codes.

Which option fits

If you expect to pass quickly, a one-time plan or an activation-fee option keeps the upfront cost low. If you expect to need several months to refine your process, the reset credit that comes with each monthly renewal turns a breach into a restart instead of a new purchase. A free QATS sandbox with the same rules is the cheapest way to find out which group you are in before you pay for an attempt.

Frequently asked questions

Is a monthly or one-time prop challenge cheaper?

It depends on how long you need. A one-time fee is fixed; a monthly plan costs more the longer it runs but includes a reset credit with every renewal. The calculator shows where they cross for your expected months and attempts.

What does a reset cost on QATS?

On one-time plans a reset has its own price, for example $75 on $10K Crypto. On monthly plans every paid renewal adds a free reset credit; a reset without a credit costs one month’s price.

When is the activation fee charged?

Only after you pass. The activation-fee options lower the evaluation price and add a one-time $149 fee when the funded account is activated.
