Check the current country directory once it has loaded. Contact support if availability cannot be confirmed.
Does “Supported” guarantee KYC or a payout?
No. It confirms country availability. You must also meet the account conditions, pass the required verification and use an available lawful payout route. Country availability does not replace those checks.
Is the list based on nationality or residence?
Check your actual country of permanent residence. Citizenship, your current location and applicable individual restrictions may also matter. Give accurate information; do not use a VPN to conceal an ineligible location.
What if I move to another country?
Tell support before continuing if your residence changes. If a location becomes unavailable, QATS assesses lawful alternatives and the affected service under the applicable terms. Lawful earlier use does not become wrongful merely because the list changes.
Why are some countries unavailable?
Availability reflects service, legal, compliance and provider constraints. An unavailable country is not necessarily subject to a blanket sanctions prohibition.
Does this also approve me for Live Funded?
No. Live Funded is a separate stage requiring review, confirmed activation and eligibility for the selected exchange and payment route.
