Review the decision
Open Dashboard or Risk center for the affected account.
Read the exact rule and threshold shown by the platform. Daily and maximum loss are distinct causes.
Compare executions and equity at the event time. Sending more orders will not restore a closed account.
Available next steps
Open Risk center → Reset policy to check eligibility, price, time remaining, and any available credit.
If no reset is offered, consider a new challenge or contact support if you believe the calculation is wrong.
Send the account ID, time, instrument, and order IDs for review, never access keys.

Common questions
Is a daily pause the same as a breach?
No. Crypto’s firm daily loss can breach the account; a TradFi daily loss pause and a personal daily stop have a different outcome. Read the recorded reason rather than relying on the word “loss”.
How do I ask for a calculation review?
Provide the account ID, event time, rule, and relevant order or fill IDs. Check Reset policy separately; requesting a review does not restore trading access.
