Review a fill

  1. Open Trade journal for the selected account.

  2. Find the date and symbol. Review fills, prices, quantities, fees, and final P&L.

  3. If the terminal only shows recent rows, use the full journal, filters, or export.

If you need a review

  1. Record the account ID, time range, and fill ID.

  2. Compare the journal with Orders and Positions, allowing for partial fills.

  3. Send these IDs to support. A screenshot without account and time is harder to investigate.

WHEN YOU NEED A HAND

Common questions

Why is net P&L lower than the gross trading result?

Calculated trading fees affect the final result. Inspect the fill-level fees and account records before comparing net profit with the price movement alone.

The terminal does not show an older fill.

Use Trade journal, its filters, and available export for the fuller record. Include the fill ID and time range when asking support to investigate.

CHECK YOUR RESULT
