Common questions
Can I send my API key so support can test it?
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, or webhook messages containing a key. IDs and redacted error details are sufficient to start an investigation.
What should I include for a billing problem?
Include the order number, registered email, payment time, and displayed result. Do not send a full card number or provider credentials.
