01 / 02

Before submission

  1. Select the account and instrument. Check Bid/Ask and market-data status.

  2. In the order ticket, choose side, type, and size in the units shown for that instrument. Enter a valid price for a limit or stop order.

  3. Check available margin, selected leverage and remaining loss limits. The interface may reject an invalid request before submission.

02 / 02

After submission

  1. Find the request in Orders and open exposure in Positions. Trades shows closed positions; Trade journal provides fill-level prices and fees.

  2. A partial fill can leave a working remainder. Check status before creating another order.

  3. If rejected, save the order ID and refusal message for support.

WHEN YOU NEED A HAND

Common questions

The order exists but no position opened.

A pending or partly filled order can still be working. Compare Orders, Trades, and Positions before submitting another order.

An order was refused. Should I keep clicking?

Read the refusal and correct the stated issue first. Repeated submissions do not bypass plan limits, market-data requirements, or available capacity.

CHECK YOUR RESULT

You’re done when…

The account shows a confirmed order result. You have checked any fills and position separately.

If this does not match what you see, use Common questions above or contact support with the page and account details.
