Use the selected account’s quote. Release percentage, cap and trader share are three separate figures.
Select a numbered step to zoom straight to that control.
Three different numbers
- Trading profit: the result after calculated trading commissions and applicable funding. A displayed account size is not withdrawable profit.
- Gross request: the portion of eligible retained profit you ask to release. The release percentage, cycle cap, minimum and protected balance can limit it.
- You receive: your trader share of the approved gross request, less any transfer fee shown in the quote. An 80% share is not an extra 80% withdrawal on top of the request.
Follow a simple example
Example only: a Simulated Funded account has $8,000 eligible retained profit, a 50% release rule, a first-cycle cap of $4,500, an 80% trader share and gross account debit. Assume its other payout requirements are satisfied.
50% of $8,000 is $4,000. This is below the $4,500 cap, so the maximum gross request in this example is $4,000.
Your 80% share is $3,200. The company share is $800. Deduct a transfer fee only if one is shown in the quote.
The gross $4,000 leaves the trading balance. The other $4,000 remains as retained trading profit; it is not an additional company fee.
If the same account instead has $10,000 eligible profit, 50% is $5,000 but the $4,500 cap limits the gross request. The trader share is then $3,600 before any transfer fee, and $5,500 profit remains on the account.
What happens to the remaining profit?
Retained profit stays on the trading account and can support further trading. Later losses can reduce it. It does not become a second immediately payable amount.
After an accepted request, check the updated balance, current loss floor, next cycle and qualifying-day counter.
For a later request, the account recalculates availability from the remaining eligible profit and the current cycle limits. A 50% rule is applied again while that rule is active.
Complete the new cycle requirements. Do not assume the same remaining amount will all be withdrawable next time.
Read your own quote before confirming
Open Payouts on the correct Funded account. Read eligibility, the current cap and available amount.
Enter an amount and review Gross request, Company share, Fees and You receive together.
Confirm only when the destination, network or bank details and final amount are correct.
Live Funded has a separately recorded schedule. Check its active release rule and limits rather than carrying the Simulated Funded example into that stage.
The figures above illustrate the order of calculation. The accepted schedule and current quote for your account determine its actual requirements, debit and fees.
Common questions
Does 80% apply before or after the cap?
In the gross-debit example, first limit the gross request by release availability and the cycle cap, then apply the trader share. The quote displays the final distribution.
Does retained profit belong to the company?
It remains on the trading account. It can be affected by later trading losses, and later requests must meet the account’s current conditions.
You’re done when…
You can distinguish the gross request, company share, fee, amount you receive and retained trading profit.
