Activation steps

The next performance cycle starts when the server accepts your payout request. Live Funded is a separate invitation, not an automatic step after a payout.

Confirm the Funded account before trading

  1. After activation, select the new Funded account in Active trading account. Confirm its ID and Funded trading stage in Rules & objectives.

  2. A passed Evaluation creates a separate Funded account at the program nominal, with fresh Funded performance counters. Evaluation profit is not carried into that balance as withdrawable profit.

  3. Direct Funded starts in simulated Funded under its purchased terms, without an Evaluation pass or second activation.

  4. Review personal limits and bind API keys, TradingView webhooks, and copier settings to the correct account before restarting automation.

Initial Funded balances and execution are simulated. Eligible performance payouts are separate real payments under the accepted Funded schedule.

02 / 06

Use the Funded risk limits

  1. Open Rules & objectives and Risk center for this account. The Funded daily loss limit can differ from Evaluation; do not reuse the Evaluation allowance.

  2. Keep equity above the current maximum-loss floor. Booked net P&L, calculated trading fees, funding, and open positions affect the remaining allowance.

  3. Read the daily rule’s action: a session pause and an account breach are different. A maximum-floor touch still breaches even when the daily rule only pauses entries.

  4. Follow the account’s risk-day clock: Crypto uses UTC days; TradFi uses 17:00 Chicago with daylight saving. Changing the display time zone does not change that boundary.

03 / 06

Build eligibility in the current cycle

  1. Read Payout objectives: profit goal, qualifying days, any best-day rule, retained buffer, minimum request, release fraction, and current cap. The first profit goal is not necessarily the full threshold needed for a request.

  2. Count completed Funded risk days under the recorded rule. Several trades in one day do not create several days, and Evaluation days do not count toward this stage.

  3. Open Payouts and use the server-confirmed Available amount. Open gains and the nominal starting balance are not available payout money.

  4. The published trader share is 80% of eligible profit after calculated trading fees and applicable funding. The cycle release fraction and cap determine the gross amount available to request; the company share and transfer fee then appear separately in the quote.

Review and submit your payout

  1. Complete identity verification, open Create payout request, and follow Amount → Tax details → Payment details → Review.

  2. Check Company share, Fees, and You receive. Verify the bank-transfer or USDT destination, declarations, signature, and fresh authenticator code.

  3. Submit once. If the response is lost, check Payout history for an existing request before trying again.

Illustrative virtual-data quote: $700 gross minus $140 company share and $31 transfer fees leaves $529. No payout was submitted.

After you submit

  1. When the server accepts the request, it reserves the recorded account debit and starts your next performance cycle. Review the new balance, loss floor, qualifying-day counter, and cap.

  2. Follow the request ID in Payout history. Pending means review or transfer is still in progress; Funds sent means QATS has recorded the completed transfer. Check the transfer reference and your receiving bank or wallet.

  3. Keep following the account rules while the request is pending. A breach can void a request that has not entered transfer processing.

  4. If rejected or failed, read the reason and any recorded balance restoration. Contact support through the request if you need a review; avoid submitting duplicates.

After a payout, continue the next Funded cycle. A payout does not automatically activate Live Funded.

If trading or payouts are blocked

  1. Read the account’s exact reason. A personal daily pause, firm breach, payout review, and connection problem require different next actions.

  2. A Funded breach cannot be reopened with an Evaluation reset or Evaluation reset credit. If you dispute the calculation, contact support with account ID, event time, and order or execution IDs.

  3. Do not send passwords, API secrets, authenticator codes, or identity documents in ordinary support chat.

  4. Continue with the Live Funded guide only when the separate review and onboarding are offered. A payout or pass alone does not enable Live execution.

WHEN YOU NEED A HAND

Common questions

Does my Evaluation profit become payout money?

No. Activation creates a separate Funded account at the program nominal with fresh Funded performance counters. Build eligibility in that new stage.

Why is my daily loss limit different now?

Evaluation and Funded can have different daily allowances. Rules & objectives and Risk center show the limit for the selected account and current stage.

Does the 80% share mean I can request 80% of everything today?

The release fraction, minimum, cap, retained buffer, qualifying days, and current cycle first determine an eligible gross request. The quote then applies the trader/company split and transfer fee.

When does the payout cycle restart?

When the server accepts a new request, it reserves the account debit and starts the new performance cycle. Check the new counters, floor, and cap. Finance review and payment still follow separately.

Can I reset a Funded breach?

Evaluation reset payments and credits do not reopen Funded. Read the recorded breach evidence and contact support if you dispute the result.
