Complete eligible Funded performance and identity verification first. The request wizard collects tax and recipient details, then shows the final amount and method.

Open the request and choose an amount
Select your eligible Funded account and open Payouts. Complete identity verification if required, then choose Create payout request.
On Amount, enter the gross request within the available minimum and maximum. This comes from eligible profit after calculated trading fees, not from the nominal account balance.
Review Company share, Fees, and You receive. The trader split and transfer fees are separate deductions at the payout stage. Choose Continue.
Changing the amount or payment method recalculates the quote. Use the final Review screen for the amount and destination you are authorizing.

Complete Tax details
Enter your full legal name and answer whether you are a U.S. person for tax purposes.
Provide country of tax residence, citizenship, and the requested tax ID. Use the unavailable-ID option only if it truthfully applies, and provide the reason requested.
Review the fields and choose Continue. Follow any separate finance request for the applicable tax form; the wizard does not replace it.

If you choose a bank transfer
In Payment details, complete the section for your selected method. You do not need to complete both the bank and USDT paths.
Choose an available bank-transfer method. Check the updated quote and displayed transfer fee.
Enter bank country, bank name, and IBAN or account number. The country selection determines whether SWIFT / BIC or a routing number is requested.
Confirm that the receiving account belongs to you. Check the account identifiers and payout currency before continuing.

If you choose USDT
Choose the available USDT method in Payment details.
Select the network offered by the form. Make sure the receiving wallet supports that exact network.
Enter the wallet address twice and compare both entries. Confirm ownership and the transfer warning only after checking the details.
Choose Continue to review the destination and recalculated amount before submission.
A matching address in two fields does not verify network compatibility or ownership. Check the destination in your receiving wallet.

Review and authorize
On Review, check the gross request, company share, fees, total payout, method, destination, and recipient.
Complete authenticator setup if offered and enter a fresh six-digit code. After setup, wait for a new code as instructed; a code can be used once.
Read the declarations, confirm accurate information and compliance with the applicable terms, and provide the requested electronic signature.
Submit once. Keep the request ID and receipt; if the response is lost, check history before attempting another request.

Track the request
Return to Payouts → Payout history on the same account. Match the request ID, net amount, method, and current status.
Pending or a review status means the request has not settled. Follow any request for additional information through the designated secure flow.
When the status shows Funds sent, inspect the transfer reference. An available USDT transaction link opens tracking for that transfer.
If rejected or failed, read the reason and use the offered Open dispute action. Include the request ID; never send full bank credentials, tax IDs, or authenticator codes through ordinary chat.

Common questions
The page lost its response after I confirmed.
Check Payouts for an existing request before trying again. A missing page response does not mean the request failed.
Where can I follow the transfer?
Use the request’s current status and any transfer reference in Payouts. Pending means the review or settlement has not completed.
Why is my request on hold?
A hold follows a review: a refunded or charged-back purchase, a revoked identity verification, or an account review. Read the reason in Payouts and contact support with the request ID; do not submit a duplicate.
You’re done when…
Payout history contains the request and its status. Funds sent and a transfer reference are different from merely submitting.
If this does not match what you see, use Common questions above or contact support with the page and account details.Continue in QATS
