Who can move to Live
1 / 4

Your program size is not the cash in the exchange wallet. QATS supplies and manages the collateral; your permitted size and loss limit remain the ones shown for the account.

01 / 06

Check whether Live is offered

  1. First activate simulated Funded, or start a purchased Direct Funded account. Continue under its accepted rules while any separate Live review takes place.

  2. A target, payout, invitation, or approval flag alone does not change execution to real orders. Live requires an approved capital allocation, verified identity, applicable Live terms, and a supported configured exchange route.

  3. The current managed Binance / Bybit transition supports eligible Crypto programs. TradFi does not automatically receive that managed route; follow any separate written Live offer and the actual account status.

  4. Connecting a personal Bybit Demo account is a separate workflow. It does not provision a QATS firm-funded Live subaccount.

02 / 06

Prepare for the exchange transition

  1. Read the invitation’s venue, account, permitted instruments, risk limits, execution mode, and payout conditions.

  2. Pause bots, TradingView alerts, API clients, and copying. Close positions, cancel working orders, and resolve uncertain execution outcomes before the transition.

  3. For an eligible approved Crypto account, the selected Binance or Bybit venue stays attached to the account. QATS provisions the dedicated firm subaccount and its trading connection.

  4. Do not send personal collateral or supply an exchange key expecting automatic allocation. Follow the managed onboarding shown for the account.

03 / 06

Wait for confirmed Live activation

  1. Setup passes through subaccount preparation, connection setup, funding, and verification. Pending setup or a requested transfer is not active Live execution.

  2. QATS confirms the exchange account and capital transfer before enabling the Live route.

  3. Before restarting, confirm the account ID, assigned exchange, active LIVE execution connection, permitted instruments, and protective orders. Use the connection checks offered by the platform.

  4. If a state remains pending, contact support with the account ID, displayed status, and time. Do not repeat orders or open another connection to bypass preparation.

The reference screenshot shows simulated Funded with Live as a separate stage. It does not demonstrate an active exchange connection or confirm production allocation.

04 / 06

Understand nominal size, collateral, and leverage

  1. The program nominal shown by QATS is not a withdrawable exchange wallet balance. A $100,000 program does not mean QATS deposits $100,000 cash.

  2. QATS sizes real collateral around the approved drawdown budget and carried performance, with a firm reserve for execution safety. The reserve does not extend your allowed loss or position-sizing base.

  3. Actual size is constrained by QATS rules, available exchange margin, existing positions and working entries, maintenance requirements, exchange leverage tiers, and notional caps.

  4. The exchange’s advertised maximum leverage is not your permitted program leverage. If an order exceeds available Live capacity, follow its reason and reduce size; another interface cannot bypass that limit.

05 / 06

Trade and recover uncertain outcomes

  1. Active Live orders use real exchange fills. Partial fills, slippage, actual trading fees, and funding affect the ledger; an accepted alert or command is not a completed trade.

  2. Check command results, working orders, positions, and exchange-backed protections after each action.

  3. After a timeout, recover the existing command or alert outcome before any retry. A new identifier can create a duplicate order if the first command already executed.

  4. A reconciliation hold can pause trading while outcomes are checked. If a managed account breaches, QATS attempts to cancel and close exchange exposure; monitor the confirmed result because a connection problem may leave actions pending.

06 / 06

Request Live payouts and handle restrictions

  1. Use QATS Payouts under the accepted Live schedule. Check the eligible amount after actual exchange costs, trader share, company share, and any transfer fee.

  2. Complete the required identity, tax, recipient, and authenticator checks. Track the request and settlement status rather than treating approval as a completed transfer.

  3. Trading access does not grant withdrawal rights to the firm subaccount, its collateral, or its reserve. Internal capital transfers are not trader-generated profit.

  4. Live risk remains governed by the recorded account rules. Evaluation reset credits do not reset Live capital; follow the specific reason and support review for a disputed event.

WHEN YOU NEED A HAND

Common questions

Is my simulated account balance an exchange deposit?

The displayed account size describes the program’s buying power. It does not mean the same amount has been deposited into an exchange subaccount.

Should I connect my own exchange account to become Live Funded?

Follow the offered Live Funded onboarding. A personal exchange connection by itself does not create or approve a QATS capital allocation.

Does TradFi automatically receive a managed Live subaccount?

No. The current managed Binance / Bybit route supports eligible Crypto programs. A TradFi account needs any separately offered Live terms and confirmed support; a pass does not activate that route.

The account is approved but funding is pending. Can I trade Live?

Wait for verified active LIVE execution and confirmed capital on the assigned exchange. An approval or transfer request is not a completed allocation.

Does the firm reserve give me more drawdown?

No. The reserve supports execution safety and does not increase your loss allowance or sizing base. Follow the accepted Live rules and available capacity.
