Find everything that can trade for you

  • Connected browsers: QATS Trade for Chrome installs you approved with Connect with QATS. Find them under Profile & settings → External connections → Trade from charts → QATS Trade for Chrome, with their accounts, when they were connected and last used.
  • API keys: under External connections → Bots and API → Trading API → Your keys, with access, account, last use and expiry. Revoked and expired keys sit in the folded list below.
  • TradingView webhooks: under External connections → Trade from charts → TradingView alerts.
  • Sessions: signed-in browsers and devices under Password & security. A session is separate from the three above.

Revoke what you do not recognise

  1. Choose Revoke on the connected browser, key or webhook, read the confirmation, and confirm.

  2. Access stops at once. A revoked QATS Trade shows Connect with QATS again; a revoked key or webhook is refused from then on.

  3. Revoking does not close positions or cancel working orders. Check Positions and Orders in the terminal and manage them there.

  4. If a connection was not you, also change your password. That signs QATS Trade out of every browser.

Know what disconnects QATS Trade by itself

  • A password change, an email change, Sign out everywhere and signing out every other session revoke all QATS Trade connections. Pasted API keys and webhooks are kept; revoke them separately if needed.
  • A connection renews itself while you use it. Unused for 30 days, or 180 days after you approved it, it asks you to connect again.
  • One connection holds at most 10 accounts, and at most 10 apps can be connected at a time. With 20 trading connections already active, QATS asks you to revoke one before it issues another key.
  • QATS sends a notice, by email too, whenever an app is connected: “QATS Trade (Chrome) was connected to your account”. If it was not you, revoke it and change your password.

Common questions

Does signing out everywhere stop my bot?

No. Sign out everywhere revokes QATS Trade connections, but API keys and TradingView webhooks keep working until you revoke them.

Does revoking close my positions?

No. Revoking stops access only. Positions and working orders stay; manage them in the terminal.
