If you searched for “QATS Prop review” or “is QATS legit”, you should know that this page is ours. We are not an independent reviewer, so treat this as the facts we stand behind and a list of ways to check them yourself.
The short answer: QATS Prop is run by a named, registered company, publishes its rules before you pay, and says clearly which stages are simulated. Whether it suits you is a separate question, and the comparison pages on this site exist to help with that.
Who runs QATS Prop
QATS Prop is operated by Quant Algorithm Tree System Ltd, Israeli company number 517208377, based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. That company is the service provider and the contractual payer named in the Terms. QATS was founded in 2021 to build algorithmic trading, risk and performance infrastructure, and the QATS Prop program launched in 2024.
You can read the same details in the Terms at prop.qats.us/terms and reach the team at support@qats.us.
What you are buying
You buy an Evaluation: a simulated assessment of your trading under published rules. It is not a deposit, an investment or an allocation of capital. Crypto plans start from $49 a month or $69 once, and account sizes run $10K–$100K on Crypto and $25K–$150K on TradFi.
Crypto rules are a 10% profit target, a 4% daily loss limit, a 6% end-of-day trailing maximum loss that stops trailing at the starting balance, a 40% consistency rule and 2 minimum trading days. The price, target and limits appear on each plan before purchase and stay attached to the account you buy.
What is simulated and what is real
QATS Prop has three stages. The Evaluation is simulated. After you pass, you activate a Funded account, also simulated, and profit on it can be paid out as real money under the payout rules.
Live Funded is the next stage: real capital and real orders on Binance or Bybit, through a dedicated firm subaccount. It follows a separate review and needs an approved capital allocation, verified identity and accepted Live terms. It is not automatic, and nobody can promise it to you in advance.
How to check us yourself
Do the checks you would do for any prop firm. Read the Terms and the rules page in full. Look up our Trustpilot profile at trustpilot.com/review/prop.qats.us and read the low ratings as well as the high ones. Test the platform on the free sandbox before you pay, and ask support a hard question to see how it answers.
If a claim on any QATS page looks wrong or out of date, email support@qats.us and we will correct it.
Who QATS Prop is not for
QATS is a poor fit if you want guaranteed income, MetaTrader, or a forex-first firm. Most traders do not pass an evaluation on the first attempt, and some never do. Only pay for a challenge with money you can afford to lose, and read the 5-winning-day payout path before you start.
