Understand the account numbers
- Balance: the account ledger amount after recorded transactions. On Evaluation and initial Funded accounts it is simulated.
- Equity: the account value including the effect of open positions. Equity can change before a position is closed.
- Account size: the nominal program size. It is not cash you can withdraw or an exchange-wallet deposit.
- P&L: profit and loss. Net P&L accounts for the applicable trading costs; inspect the trade record for its components.
- Drawdown floor: the lowest permitted account value under the account’s maximum-loss rule. A daily limit and this floor are separate controls.

Understand what happens when you trade
- Order: an instruction to buy or sell. It may remain working, be refused, or execute.
- Fill: an executed part of an order. One order can have several fills.
- Position: the exposure left after the fills. An opposite-side trade can reduce or close it.
- Size or quantity: how much you trade, in the unit shown for the selected instrument. A lot, a coin and a share are not interchangeable.
- Tick: one permitted price increment. Quantity step is the permitted size increment.
- Notional: the market value of the exposure. Margin is the amount required to support it, not the amount you necessarily lose.
- Spread: the gap between best bid and ask. Slippage: the difference between an expected price and the actual fill price. A stop does not guarantee an exact exit price.

Understand protections and payouts
- Stop Loss (SL): an exit instruction intended to limit a loss. Check that the protective order was accepted.
- Take Profit (TP): an exit instruction intended to take profit at its specified condition.
- Trailing stop: a protective stop that can move in the favourable direction according to its distance rule.
- Gross payout request: the amount used before the trader/company split and any quoted transfer fee.
- Trader share: your percentage of the approved gross amount. You receive is the final quoted amount after the applicable deductions.
- Simulated Funded versus Live Funded: initial Funded trades use simulated balances; Live requires separate approval and confirmed real execution.
WHEN YOU NEED A HAND
Common questions
Is margin my maximum possible loss?
No. Margin supports exposure. The possible trading result, the stop outcome and the firm’s loss rules are different concepts.
Is an accepted order already a completed trade?
No. Inspect fills and positions. A working order can be waiting for its execution condition.
CHECK YOUR RESULT
You’re done when…
You can tell an order from a fill and a position, and balance from equity and withdrawable profit.
If this does not match what you see, use Common questions above or contact support with the page and account details.NEXT STEP
