Check your permanent residence before purchasing; citizenship alone does not decide availability.
Select a numbered step to zoom straight to that control.
Check your actual residence
Open Supported countries from the Company section in the website footer.
Search your country name or code. A short search such as is finds Iceland and Israel; isr narrows the result to Israel.
Read the status next to your country. Supported means the country is currently served; Not currently available means you should not purchase for that residence.
If your country is missing or your residence is unclear, contact support before paying. Do not use a VPN to conceal your location.
Understand the separate checks
- Country availability is not an identity-verification decision. Provide accurate identity and residence details when requested.
- Before a Reward request and release, complete the required identity checks and use a verified, available lawful payment route.
- Live Funded also needs separate review and exchange eligibility. A supported residence does not automatically approve a live account.
If your residence changes
Tell support when your permanent residence changes, especially before another purchase or payout.
Check the current country directory again. It reads the active service policy, rather than a fixed list in this article.
If a route becomes unavailable, ask support about the affected service and lawful alternatives under your terms.
Common questions
Can I use another country in the form?
Use your actual information. An inaccurate location or a VPN that hides an ineligible residence does not make the account eligible.
Will the list stay the same?
Availability can change. The directory reads the active policy, so check it rather than relying on an old screenshot.
You’re done when…
