Have at least two eligible QATS accounts under your profile, all flat with no working orders. Check exposure and protection on each one before stopping a group.

Prepare the accounts
Open Profile & settings → Copy trading. Give your accounts clear names under Trading accounts.
Choose one leader, the account you trade on, and up to four followers. All must be your own active QATS accounts; a Bybit Demo challenge cannot join.
Every account in the group must be flat when you start: no open positions and no working orders. Close or cancel them first.
A follower can belong to only one group at a time.
Choose sizing and protection
Choose Multiplier for a fixed factor from 0.1× to 5×, or Proportional equity to use follower equity ÷ leader equity when each copy is sent.
With a multiplier, 1× requests the same size and 0.5× half. Quantities round down to the instrument’s step, so a very small result can produce no copy.
Keep Copy stop-loss and take-profit protection ticked to give followers the leader’s stop and target at the same distances. Unticked, followers get none and keep their position when the leader’s stop fills.
Choose Start copy trading. The status shows Copying on.

What is copied
- New leader entries, exits and moves or resizes of resting orders reach the followers. A leader exit is copied as a reduce-only exit; a reversal becomes a close plus a new entry.
- Each copy is its own order on the follower and passes that account’s rules, capacity and max slippage. Fills and prices can differ, and a refused copy does not cancel the leader’s order. Refused copies appear in the bell.
- Risk exits on the leader, such as a daily stop, a lock or a breach, are not copied.
- Trade only on the leader. A follower refuses its own entries with “Place entries on the leader account; this account follows it.” API keys, webhooks and bots cannot trade a leader.
Stop or change the group
Choose Stop copy trading. It cancels the copied entry orders still resting on followers. Follower positions stay open and keep their own stop loss and take profit.
Review every follower straight away and close or protect what you do not want to keep.
To change the leader, followers or sizing, stop the group and start a new one.
If the leader ends (breached, passed or closed), the group stops by itself. A follower that ends leaves the group.
Copy trading repeats commands across your own accounts. It does not combine balances, remove restrictions, or allow opposite positions on the same market across your accounts.
Common questions
The leader filled but one follower did not.
Each copy is a separate order with independent risk, capacity, sizing, and execution. Check that follower’s result rather than assuming the leader outcome was repeated.
Will stopping copy trading close every follower?
No. It cancels the copied entry orders still resting on followers. Follower positions stay open with their own stop loss and take profit; review each one and close or protect what you do not want to keep.
You’re done when…
