Use the approved Partner portal and the exact campaign, link, code, and purchase date when reviewing a referral.

Attribution
Open Partner portal and choose a campaign, link, or code.
Compare visits and completed purchases with the available referral ledger.
The rate and customer discount depend on the specific attribution and program terms; an advertised percentage is not an earnings record.
Split your pool and use promo codes
- My commission plan shows your partner pool. The slider splits it between Customer discount and Your commission: more discount for the customer means less commission for you.
- A referral link attributes a visitor for the attribution window shown in the portal. An existing client attribution is not replaced.
- A promo code earns a set share of each confirmed payment after discounts, 10% by default. If the same client is linked to you by both a code and a referral, you receive only the larger commission.
- Commission waits in the validation hold before it becomes available. Refunds and chargebacks reverse it; free purchases earn nothing.
If a purchase is missing
Check the date and campaign and whether the customer completed payment.
Prepare order and link identifiers without personal payment details.
Ask partner support to investigate attribution and commission status.
Common questions
A click appears but there is no commission.
A visit is not a completed attributed purchase. Check the referral ledger and payment state before treating a click as earned commission.
A purchase seems missing. What should I provide?
Prepare the order and campaign identifiers and date range. Partner support can review attribution without needing the customer’s payment credentials.
You’re done when…
You can identify the attributed purchase, recorded commission and its pending or available status.
